REFUNDS
* To qualify for a refund , the product must be in original condition and complete with instruction booklets or any documentation. Courier costs are non-refundable.
DELIVERY
* We use www.fastway.co.nz as our delivery company for the dispatch of small items. We strive to process and despatch your order within 3 business days following payment in cleared funds.
OWNERSHIP
* All goods supplied by Kiwicote Ltd shall remain the property of Kiwicote Ltd, and title shall not pass until full payment, including the value of any extras has been received. All equipment and systems that are specifically imported or purpose built to the customers requirements, remain non-returnable and non-refundable. If payment is not made in full, Kiwicote Ltd, may exercise the right to uplift the goods from the customers premises and resell the goods
WARRANTY
* Faulty products can be returned within their warranty period. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or use of a product, or unauthorized repairs.
